61st International Wratislavia Cantans Festival
From September 3 to 13, 2026, Wrocław hosts the 61st International Wratislavia Cantans Festival named after Andrzej Markowski. This year's edition is themed “Shadow Line,” inspired by Joseph Conrad’s work.
The program combines vocal, oratorio, early and contemporary music performed by renowned artists and ensembles from Poland and abroad. Festival guests include Giovanni Antonini and Il Giardino Armonico, Paul McCreesh with Gabrieli Consort & Players, Accademia Bizantina under Ottavio Dantone, and Jerzy Maksymiuk.
