The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of partial use of the voucher value, the remaining amount is non-refundable.
In order to redeem the voucher, it is necessary to present it to the reception employee at the time of check-in.
Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the Hotel Regulations.
The voucher must be redeemed during one visit to the SleepWalker Boutique Hotel within 12 months from the date of purchase.
It is possible to change the booking date up to 7 days before arrival, provided that the hotel has available rooms at the selected time. Otherwise, the voucher becomes invalid.
