Early booking — 15% off
The “Book earlier = Save more” offer is for guests planning their stay in advance. With a booking made at least 30 days before arrival, the price is 15% lower than the current Non-Refundable Offer.
Payment and cancellation
- A prepayment of 100% of the booking value is required.
- This reservation is not eligible for free cancellation, and the amount paid is not
- If the guest doesn’t show up, the amount paid is not refundable.
Changing the stay dates
- Change your stay dates and the full prepaid amount will be credited to the new reservation.
- The new stay date must be at least 30 days after the change date.
- If the accommodation price for the new dates is higher, the guest pays
- If the accommodation price for the new dates is lower, the difference is not

Breakfast at SleepWalker Boutique Suites
Breakfast isn’t included. Add it when booking or during check-in at reception.
Breakfast is served in a cozy breakfast room:
- from Monday to Friday: 7:00–10:00;
- weekends & public holidays: 8:00–11:00.
The menu features a varied buffet with fresh, local produce as well as warm dishes prepared to order. Any special dietary needs can be reported before arrival.
Important information
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is available until 12:00 noon. Reception is normally open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance and call us around 30 minutes before reaching the hotel — a member of our reception team will be waiting to welcome you. 24-hour phone: +48 733 355 535.
Animals
Pets are welcome in selected rooms at no extra charge. Simply let us know that you will be travelling with your pet so that we can prepare a suitable room.
Children
Children under the age of 4 stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed or using a cot. If you require a cot, please let us know before arrival. The stay of all guests under the age of 18, regardless of their age, is governed by the Child Protection Standards and Hotel Regulations applicable at SleepWalker Boutique Suites.
Parking
Guests can use our private, ground-level car park in the inner courtyard, with direct access to reception. You can conveniently add a parking space when booking your stay. If all spaces have already been reserved, our reception team will offer a nearby underground car park at a preferential rate.
