The non-refundable breakfast offer lets you book at SleepWalker Boutique Suites for a better price. Includes breakfast; full prepayment; no cancellation, but you may change dates.
Payment and cancellation
- Full prepayment of 100% of the booking value is required.
- No free cancellation; paid amount is not refundable.
- If the Guest does not check in, the paid amount is non-refundable.
Changing your stay dates
- You can change the stay dates and the full amount paid will be applied to the new reservation.
- If the new-date price is higher, the Guest pays the difference.
- If the price for the new dates is lower, the difference is not refundable.
The offer includes
- accommodation in the chosen room/apartment
- breakfast for all persons covered by the
- booking terms per the non-refundable offer;
- a private bathroom;
- free Wi-Fi throughout the property;
- water and a set for making coffee and tea in the room;
- an iron and an ironing board;

Additional services
Guests may also order:
- a private transfer from Wrocław–Strachowice Airport directly to SleepWalker Boutique Suites;
- a transfer from SleepWalker Boutique Suites to the airport or specified
- a place in the hotel’s private parking — 80 PLN per day.
The transfer is an extra charge; advance booking required. Parking spaces are limited. Booking parking reserves a space for your whole stay.

Breakfast is served in the cosy breakfast room:
- Monday to Friday: 07:00–10:00;
- Weekends & public holidays: 08:00–11:00.
The menu includes a varied buffet with fresh, local products and hot dishes prepared to order.
Any special dietary needs can be reported before arrival.
Important information
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is available until 12:00 noon. Reception is normally open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance and call us around 30 minutes before reaching the hotel — a member of our reception team will be waiting to welcome you. 24-hour phone: +48 733 355 535.
Animals
Pets are welcome in selected rooms at no extra charge. Simply let us know that you will be travelling with your pet so that we can prepare a suitable room.
Children
Children under the age of 4 stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed or using a cot. If you require a cot, please let us know before arrival. The stay of all guests under the age of 18, regardless of their age, is governed by the Child Protection Standards and Hotel Regulations applicable at SleepWalker Boutique Suites.
Parking
Guests can use our private, ground-level car park in the inner courtyard, with direct access to reception. You can conveniently add a parking space when booking your stay. If all spaces have already been reserved, our reception team will offer a nearby underground car park at a preferential rate.
