Cancellation before arrival
- Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your planned arrival.
Shortening of an ongoing stay
- If you notify shortening of your stay before 15:00, you must pay for one additional hotel night.
- If you notify shortening of your stay at 15:00 or later, you must pay for two additional hotel nights.
- Any unused nights are cancelled free of charge.

- Accommodation in your chosen room/apartment
- breakfast for all guests covered by the booking;
- cancellation and shortened stay terms described above;

Additional services
Guests may additionally order:

Transfers cost extra and need prior booking. Parking is limited; adding it at booking reserves a space for your stay.

Breakfast is served in an intimate breakfast room:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00–10:00;
- Weekends & public holidays: 8:00–11:00.
The menu features a varied buffet with fresh, local products and warm dishes prepared to order.
Any special dietary needs can be reported before arrival.
Important information
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is available until 12:00 noon. Reception is normally open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance and call us around 30 minutes before reaching the hotel — a member of our reception team will be waiting to welcome you. 24-hour phone: +48 733 355 535.
Animals
Pets are welcome in selected rooms at no extra charge. Simply let us know that you will be travelling with your pet so that we can prepare a suitable room.
Children
Children under the age of 4 stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed or using a cot. If you require a cot, please let us know before arrival. The stay of all guests under the age of 18, regardless of their age, is governed by the Child Protection Standards and Hotel Regulations applicable at SleepWalker Boutique Suites.
Parking
Guests can use our private, ground-level car park in the inner courtyard, with direct access to reception. You can conveniently add a parking space when booking your stay. If all spaces have already been reserved, our reception team will offer a nearby underground car park at a preferential rate.
