Flexible offer: cancel for free before arrival and shorten your stay after check-in.
Cancellation before arrival
- Cancel your reservation free of charge no later than 24 hours before planned arrival.
Shortening an ongoing stay
- Submitting a request to shorten your stay before 15:00 means you must pay for one more hotel night.
- Submitting a request to shorten your stay at 15:00 or later means you must pay for two more hotel nights.
- Any unused nights are cancelled free of charge.
The offer includes:
- accommodation in your selected room/apartment
- a private bathroom;
- free Wi‑Fi throughout the property;
- water and a set for making coffee and tea in the room;
- an iron and an ironing board;
- all applicable taxes and fees.
Additional services:
Guests may also order:
- breakfast — 69 PLN per person per night;
- private transfer from Wrocław-Strachowice Airport directly to SleepWalker Boutique Suites;
- transfer from SleepWalker Boutique Suites to the airport or the specified
- private hotel parking space — 80 PLN per night.
Transfers are an additional charge and require prior booking. Parking spaces are limited. Adding parking during the reservation guarantees a spot for the duration of your stay.

Breakfast at SleepWalker Boutique Suites
Breakfast isn’t included. Add it at booking or at reception during check-in.
Breakfast is served in an intimate breakfast room:- from Monday to Friday: 7:00–10:00;
- Weekends & public holidays: 8:00–11:00.
The menu includes a varied buffet with fresh, local produce, as well as warm dishes prepared to order.
Special dietary requirements can be reported before arrival.
Important information
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is available until 12:00 noon. Reception is normally open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance and call us around 30 minutes before reaching the hotel — a member of our reception team will be waiting to welcome you. 24-hour phone: +48 733 355 535.
Animals
Pets are welcome in selected rooms at no extra charge. Simply let us know that you will be travelling with your pet so that we can prepare a suitable room.
Children
Children under the age of 4 stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed or using a cot. If you require a cot, please let us know before arrival. The stay of all guests under the age of 18, regardless of their age, is governed by the Child Protection Standards and Hotel Regulations applicable at SleepWalker Boutique Suites.
Parking
Guests can use our private, ground-level car park in the inner courtyard, with direct access to reception. You can conveniently add a parking space when booking your stay. If all spaces have already been reserved, our reception team will offer a nearby underground car park at a preferential rate.
