The Flexible Offer lets you cancel your reservation for free before arrival and shorten your stay after check-in.
Cancellation before arrival
- Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival.
Shortening of the stay started
- If you notify the hotel of a stay shortening before 15:00, you will be charged for one more hotel night.
- If you notify the hotel of a stay shortening at 15:00 or later, you will be charged for two more hotel nights.
- Any unused nights are cancelled free of charge.
The offer includes:
- accommodation in your selected room/apartment
- the cancellation and stay-shortening terms above;
- a private bathroom;
- free Wi-Fi throughout the property;
- all applicable taxes and fees.
Also available when booking:
- breakfast — 69 PLN per person per night;
- Hotel private parking spot—80 PLN per night.
Parking spaces are limited. Adding parking during booking guarantees a space for the duration of your stay.

Breakfast is served in an intimate breakfast room:- Monday to Friday: 7:00–10:00;
- weekends & public holidays: 8:00–11:00.
The menu features a varied buffet with fresh local products, as well as hot dishes prepared to order.
Special dietary needs can be reported before arrival.
Important information
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is available until 12:00 noon. Reception is normally open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 p.m., please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance and call us around 30 minutes before reaching the hotel — a member of our reception team will be waiting to welcome you. 24-hour phone: +48 733 355 535.
Animals
Pets are welcome in selected rooms at no extra charge. Simply let us know that you will be travelling with your pet so that we can prepare a suitable room.
Children
Children under the age of 4 stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed or using a cot. If you require a cot, please let us know before arrival. The stay of all guests under the age of 18, regardless of their age, is governed by the Child Protection Standards and Hotel Regulations applicable at SleepWalker Boutique Suites.
Parking
Guests can use our private, ground-level car park in the inner courtyard, with direct access to reception. You can conveniently add a parking space when booking your stay. If all spaces have already been reserved, our reception team will offer a nearby underground car park at a preferential rate.
